Founded in 2000, Teramor Corporation opened our doors with the privilege of serving Starwood Vacation Ownership as our first client. We were hired to develop, execute, and maintain the direct marketing database and direct mail strategy that drove qualified lead generation prospects to Starwood’s numerous project locations throughout the United States and Mexico. Teramor managed a database of over 20 million records, executed 50 different direct mail campaigns every month, and implemented the market management strategy supporting 450 contact center operators. Under Teramor’s marketing direction and leadership the contact centers and site locations experienced exceptional unit sales growth over six years.
Throughout this highly successful period, Teramor became a well known business in real estate for delivering successful lead generation strategies for launch campaigns and progressive sales operations. We quickly expanded service to advertising and marketing agencies, real estate developers, and additional real estate sales and hospitality companies.
Today, we have expanded our knowledge and experience to support medical, financial, retail and education institutions and businesses to our growing list of client partners.
Background of Founder & President
As the Founder and President of Teramor Corporation,
Amy Owen has had a dynamic career developing direct marketing strategies. It began on the streets of Philadelphia working for an international publisher and then to a direct marketing agency specializing in research, profiling, and media planning for retail store locations and restaurants. Marriott Vacation Ownership was her next ambition with several years in key marketing positions supporting on-site sales operations and contact center management. Based on successes and technical advances in her work she was recruited by KSL to open a sales center in Orange County. After years of learning from some of the most respected leaders in the business with a superior history of quality performance and professionalism, Teramor Corporation was created to service clients with those same values and an appreciation for the art and science of strategic direct marketing.
